Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 5 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp almond milk

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients to blender
  • Blend until smooth. If needed, add splashes of almond milk as needed to help with blending
  • Refrigerate until cool
  • Optional toppings: fresh strawberries, cinnamon, coconut flakes, or crushed pistachios
