Radish Chips
Ingredients
- 3 radish bunches
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C degrees
- Clean radishes off and cut off greens
- Thinly slice radishes into chips
- Drizzle radish chips with olive oil and garlic
- Stir mixture
- Spread chips evenly on baking sheet and sprinkle freshly cracked black pepper
- Bake for 20 mins. For crispier chips, bake for 25-30 minutes. Check regularly
