Radish Chips

Ingredients

  • 3 radish bunches
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C degrees
  • Clean radishes off and cut off greens
  • Thinly slice radishes into chips
  • Drizzle radish chips with olive oil and garlic
  • Stir mixture
  • Spread chips evenly on baking sheet and sprinkle freshly cracked black pepper
  • Bake for 20 mins. For crispier chips, bake for 25-30 minutes. Check regularly
