Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup oatmeal (old fashioned oats)
- 1/2 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
Preparation
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and stir to mix well
- Mix in wet ingredients and stir to combine
- Use a measuring spoon tablespoon to portion your protein balls - it saves a ton of time!
- Place protein balls on a baking sheet and place in a refrigerator
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Enjoy!
