Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup oatmeal (old fashioned oats)
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup brown rice syrup

Preparation

  • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and stir to mix well
  • Mix in wet ingredients and stir to combine
  • Use a measuring spoon tablespoon to portion your protein balls - it saves a ton of time!
  • Place protein balls on a baking sheet and place in a refrigerator
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour
  • Enjoy!
