Lemon Dill Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped dill
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450F/232C
- Chop ends off of asparagus
- Line asparagus on baking sheet wrapped with foil
- Toss in 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until tender
- In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic cloves and chopped dill
- Drizzle mixture on asparagus once baked
- Enjoy!
