Lemon Dill Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 450F/232C
  • Chop ends off of asparagus
  • Line asparagus on baking sheet wrapped with foil
  • Toss in 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until tender
  • In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic cloves and chopped dill
  • Drizzle mixture on asparagus once baked
  • Enjoy!
