A warm and grounding beverage packed with antioxidants and immune boosting properties

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Dash of freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients in a small pan
  • Whisk ingredients together & cook over medium heat until warm

Great to drink right before bedtime for a great nights sleep
