Immune Boosting Turmeric Latte
A warm and grounding beverage packed with antioxidants and immune boosting properties
Ingredients
- 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- Dash of freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a small pan
- Whisk ingredients together & cook over medium heat until warm
Great to drink right before bedtime for a great nights sleep
