Homemade Salad Dressings – Zesty Balsamic, Sweet Vadalia Onion and Herb Greek Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Zesty Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 1/2 Cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Sweet Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette
  • 1 cup vidalia onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • Herb Greek Vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbs oregano, dried
  • 1/2 tbsp rosemary, dried
  • 1 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper

Preparation

  • Zesty Balsamic and Sweet Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette
  • Blend all ingredients in food processer until smooth
  • Herb Greek Vinaigrette
  • Combine all ingredients in bottle and shake well
  • Store for up to 2 weeks in a glass bottle in your fridge
