Homemade Salad Dressings – Zesty Balsamic, Sweet Vadalia Onion and Herb Greek Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- Zesty Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1/2 Cup balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Sweet Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette
- 1 cup vidalia onion, diced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- Herb Greek Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbs oregano, dried
- 1/2 tbsp rosemary, dried
- 1 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper
Preparation
- Zesty Balsamic and Sweet Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette
- Blend all ingredients in food processer until smooth

- Herb Greek Vinaigrette
- Combine all ingredients in bottle and shake well
- Store for up to 2 weeks in a glass bottle in your fridge
