Greek Yoghurt Marinated Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 Pound Chicken Breasts
- 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt
- 1/2 Cup lemon juice
- Squeeze of 1 Lime
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce or to taste
Preparation
- Cut the Chicken Breasts into cubes suitable for skewering
- In a food processor or the hand held one blend yoghurt, lemon and lime juice, garlic, hot sauce, salt & pepper
- Add the marinade to the chicken cubes then add olive oil and mix
- Leave in for a few hours or over night
- Skewer the chicken and grill Enjoy with a side of Hummus and Salad
