Garlic Balsamic Radishes

Ingredients

  • 24oz radishes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Preparation

  • Rinse radishes. Slice top and bottom off of each
  • Mix olive oil, balsamic, garlic, thyme and black pepper
  • Toss with radishes
  • Line baking sheet with foil. Spread mixture on baking sheet
  • Preheat oven to 450F/232C
  • Bake for 12 minutes. Flip radishes and bake for 12 more minutes
