Garlic Balsamic Radishes
Ingredients
- 24oz radishes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Preparation
- Rinse radishes. Slice top and bottom off of each
- Mix olive oil, balsamic, garlic, thyme and black pepper
- Toss with radishes
- Line baking sheet with foil. Spread mixture on baking sheet
- Preheat oven to 450F/232C
- Bake for 12 minutes. Flip radishes and bake for 12 more minutes
