Cut Onions, garlic and add to blender with cilantro
Add salt & pepper
Add garbanzo beans and blend all
Take out of the blender and add cumin and mix until it looks like a dough
Add baking soda and mix
Add baking powder, mix again
Scoop the mixture with an ice-cream scooper and make into balls – you can choose to bake them by placing them on a cookie sheet with Olive oil in the bottom or fry them (the healthier option is baking
Enjoy with veggies (tomatoes, parsley & pickles) and drizzle tahini sauce on top!
