Chipotle Portobello Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
- 3 portobello caps, sliced
- Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, small can
- Olive oil spray
- Black pepper, freshly cracked
- Iceberg lettuce leaves
- Red onion, sliced
- Guacamole
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450F/232C
- Slice portobellos and place on foil linked baking sheet. Lightly spray with olive oil.
- Spread adobo sauce from can liberally over portobello slices
- Sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Place on lettuce leaf with sliced onion and guacamole
