Blueberry Coleslaw
A fresh, delicious & antioxidant packed dairy-free side item
Ingredients
- 12oz coleslaw mix
- 12oz broccoli slaw carrot mixture
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup dairy-free yogurt
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp raw honey
Preparation
- Combine all dressing ingredients & stir until smooth
- Mix all ingredients & stir well
A wonderful side item for that neighborhood gathering
