Asian Zoodles
Vegan, quick and delicious
Ingredients
- 3 zucchini, spiralized
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp ginger, ground
Preparation
- Drizzle 1 tsp of avocado oil in the pan and saute onions
- Add remaining ingredients to a larger pan
- Cook on medium-high for approximately 10-15 minutes. When zoodles are at your desired texture, remove from heat.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds
