Asian Zoodles

Vegan, quick and delicious

Ingredients

  • 3 zucchini, spiralized
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp ginger, ground

Preparation

  • Drizzle 1 tsp of avocado oil in the pan and saute onions
  • Add remaining ingredients to a larger pan
  • Cook on medium-high for approximately 10-15 minutes. When zoodles are at your desired texture, remove from heat.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds
