Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 3 cups filtered water
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth
- Sift milk through fine mesh strainer or cheese cloth
- Strain milk into a container
- Store in glass container in refrigerator
