Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth
  • Sift milk through fine mesh strainer or cheese cloth
  • Strain milk into a container
  • Store in glass container in refrigerator
